| On September 18, 2003,
600 people filled the local theatre and were inspired by Mark's
talk about the principles in his book The One Minute
Millionaire.
Because of the success of this seminar, Mark was
kind enough to invite me to his Mega Event in LA a month later.
This was the second seminar I had ever been to. (Mine was the
first.) So you could imagine my shock at all the super successful
people who were buying packages from amazing speakers - some spending
$5000 and others spending much much more.
When introducing myself to people at that seminar,
I'd say, "I'm the radio guy who has no idea what I'm doing
here." - They'd laugh and say, "If I was in radio, I'd
make money doing this, that, or the other thing!" I had never
even thought about ways to increase my income from the job I already
knew and loved so this was a big eye opener for me!.
As the weekend went on, more and more people would
ask me how they could get on my radio show.
I found a market and created On-Air
Publicity . I teach authors, entrepreneurs, and coaches
how to use the radio for free PR and create themselves into nationally
recognized experts in their respective field.
So how did I do it?
Every week on my radio show I interviewed someone
who could help me change my thinking and help me create a successful
business. (I just didn't have the time to read all their wondeful
books - or the money to buy them - and I sure didn't have the
time to listen to hour after hour of audio) so I created these
Motivational Interviews and asked each speaker to tell me their
success secrets in 10 minutes or less.
These 52 Motivational Interviews are my quest
for success. From changing my thinking and programming, to learning
internet marketing and branding, to realizing how to focus my
work day and still have time to spend with my family...you'll
find it all in this series.
Since it takes me 15 minutes to drive to the radio
station, on my way to work I would listen to another of my interviews
and then follow their advice. How cool is that? In my MP3 player
I have my own private cheerleaders giving me encouragment and
success tips - and they are the biggest speakers in the world!
Why am I charging only $47.00 (everyone says they
are worth a ton more)?
